Who we’re building for

Recruiters and hiring teams who spend time clarifying roles and preparing communications.

Available today

The role-brief workspace organizes a title and one requirement per line. It is a local text utility, not an AI evaluation system. It accepts no resume uploads and performs no applicant scoring.

The planned product

We plan recruiter-reviewed role drafts, summaries, and workflow assistance. The full Claude integration is in development.

Human control

Hiring eligibility, selection, and employment decisions belong to people. This prototype makes none of those decisions and does not rank candidates.

Review priorities

Generated drafts should be editable, tied to relevant role context, and checked by recruiters. Candidate privacy and fair, job-related requirements are design priorities, not claims of a completed compliance system.
